Lunch Duty

Daily Assignment

Students must be supervised at all times, especially upon arrival at lunch.  Please be sure to be in the cafeteria 5 minutes before lunch begins.

Ms. Avery or Mr. Grant will assist as needed in the cafeteria or in the hall during lunch times when available.

Hall Duty (Between each class period)

All faculty and staff should be at their door between classes.*  During hall duty supervise student behavior, clothing, and language.  If students are horseplaying, are loud, or not abiding by school rules, say something. Correcting behavior consistently from everyone will help our teenage, scholars to meet high expectations in and out of the classroom.

Failing to do your part is failing the scholars, DECA, and your duties.

*We understand staff may not always be able to be on hall duty if they are holding parent meetings, in called district/school meetings, or handling sensitive student concerns during class exchange.
