Field Trip Guidance:

1) See Mrs. Scott to discuss your proposed field trip before filling out any paper work. Dates for field trips are limited per month.

2) Complete the 26-27 Field Trip Guidance Document

3) Field trip sponsors must complete all trip specific information on the form before making copies and passing it out to the students,

• Sample Student Field Trip Form

• Sample Non-Employee Chaperone Form (Speak with Mrs. Scott) They must have a volunteer certificate.

• Sample Employee Chaperone Form

• Student Field Trip Form 

• Chaperone Form

4) The list of students is due one week before the filed trip.

5) All money for the field trip has to be deposited one week before

General Information:

• High School seats on the bus  is  48 (including chaperone)

• Estimate Cost for a Trip(s) Example: 

  • $30.00 (cost) x Hours x Buses = Sub Total 

  • $1.50 (Gas cost) x Mileage (Round Trip) x Buses = Sub Total 

  • Sub Total + Sub Total = Total
